Additions and renovations to a highly significant heritage listed 1860's homestead.  The scope also included project management works associated with heritage impact statements and associated permits.

Mantec Projects was appointed by Working Heritage to undertake significant conservation works to the building to ensure its useful future.  The original building was constructed in 1881 to Victorian eclectic designs.
