Construction of the Smythesdale Wellbeing Centre which includes a large multipurpose room, offices with maternal child health facilities and amenities.

The design reflects the historical context of the rural region whilst still creating a modern appearance and in addition to being an important resource to local people and local business, the Smythesdale Wellbeing Centre is also ‘green’, with ten ecologically sustainable design initiatives.
